Demolition of existing shop premises at Sketty, Swansea and construction of shell unit for fit out by Tesco Express including two maisonette accommodation to upper floors.  Construction included matching adjoining Edwardian terrace of shops and accommodation using reconstructed stonework features and imperial brickwork.
