Refurbishment and conversion of the Former Backpackers Hostel to facility for Inroads who offer advice and support to Drug and Alcohol users, ex-users, family and friends.  Under the direction of Architect Jonathan Arndell of Collaborative Designs Limited, the building required complete renewal with structural and dry rot issues.  The accommodation provided includes meeting and counselling rooms, training kitchen as well as a general office accommodation.  Grants were provided by the Big Lottery and Welsh Government.
