Redevelopment of redundant former Swansea Workingmen’s Club to form a Foyer development. The 1885 Grade II building was reconstructed behind the retained façade providing 36 bedsits, ancillary accommodation and glazed internal street. The project received the Gold Award for Architecture at the National Eisteddfod, RIBA Award, Civic Trust Award and Swansea Lord Mayors awards for energy efficiency and development and was short listed for the Sterling Prize
