Conversion of a terrace of 6 Georgian Houses in Gloucester Place to 37 Flats.  The properties are Grade 2 Listed for their historic and architectural interest with the external facades to Gloucester Place being maintained and internal features preserved or replaced.  The project received a Civic Trust Award.
